Order information

Dispatch cut-off Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.

Order confirmation You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email with your tracking number is sent at the point of dispatch.

Tracking your order All orders include a Royal Mail or DHL tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail website or via the link in your dispatch email.

Missed delivery If you're not in when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a card with redelivery or collection options. You can also manage redelivery online via your tracking number.

Packaging All Munira orders are packed in protective branded packaging. Garments are tissue-wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, please contact us immediately. We'll investigate and resolve within 2 working days.
