How to return

Start your return

Email us at returns@munira.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within one working day with a prepaid return label.

Pack your item

Repack the item in its original packaging if possible. Include the delivery note or a note with your order number inside the parcel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

Drop it off

Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your parcel. Drop it at your nearest Royal Mail post office or collection point. Keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is confirmed.

Receive your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges & size swaps

Request an exchange

Email returns@munira.co.uk with your order number, which item you'd like to exchange, and what size or colour you'd like instead. We'll check availability and confirm within one working day.

Send back the original

We'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the original item, we'll dispatch your replacement immediately. UK exchanges are completely free — no additional postage charge.

Receive your new piece

Your replacement will be dispatched within one working day of receiving your return and will arrive within the standard delivery window of 3–5 working days.

Items we cannot accept back

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items with tags removed
Items returned after the returns window has closed
Items that show signs of perfume, deodorant, or other substances
Gift cards and digital products

If you believe your item is faulty or was received incorrectly, these conditions do not apply. Please contact us directly and we will resolve it.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Once received, refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

The return window for international orders is 60 days from the date of delivery. Please email returns@munira.co.uk to initiate your return and receive the correct return address.
